Hey, I’m Noelle Jones, Founder of NoeYouMatter®.
I created this work because I know what it feels like to care deeply, show up fully for students and still long for the kind of guidance and belonging educators deserve.
Too many new teachers enter the profession full of promise, only to meet overwhelm, isolation, and environments that mistake struggle for failure.
I believe growth should be nurtured–not shamed.
NoeYouMatter® exists to be the mentor I once needed: a refuge for new educators and a place where teachers can build skill, confidence, and identity in community.
